Join the Haggin Museum for an enriching day trip to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park to see the exclusive Monet and Venice exhibition at the de Young Museum. This docent-led tour showcases more than 100 artworks, including masterpieces such as The Doge’s Palace, San Giorgio Maggiore, and Palazzo Dario. The exhibition places Monet’s Venice paintings alongside select works from across his career, as well as Venetian views by artists like Manet, Renoir, and Canaletto.
Your de Young admission ticket also includes access to the museum’s other exhibits and the 9th floor Harmon Tower, offering a 360º panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and downtown San Francisco.
Lunch and Free Time: After the tour, enjoy lunch and explore the park at your leisure. The de Young Café offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Stroll the Music Concourse loop to visit highlights such as the Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Garden, and Conservatory of Flowers, or simply relax and soak in the ambiance.
